• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
• Items must be in the same condition as when you received them.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for returns.
• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.

3. Return Process

3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Please include your order number inside the package for reference.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds
